Facts: Hammerhead was brought in on this great restoration project to help bring new life to this great 30,000 gallon aquarium. The visitors center aquarium was first constructed in the late 1980's and over time the exhibit began having problems. In fact the exhibit was shut down for close to two years before the restoration started. This was inspired by the 50 year anniversary of the park which was held December 10th 2010. The new and improved exhibit was unveiled and will be there for many years for the park visitors to enjoy!
